About greenovia: When they enter dormancy, you can plant them in slightly damp soil, do not add water as long as the soil is not dry, and don’t water them afterwards. Put them in a place with good air flows, with non-direct sunlight. In a week you can give them a very small amount of water along the edge of the pot. Normally dormancy is from about May to September, depends on the region because temp is different from region to region. When the leaves start to close, it means they are ready to enter dormancy, you should stop watering them. You can give a little water along the edge of the pot only when there was no rain after a long time. During dormancy they mainly absorb food from the outer layer leaves to stay alive, so don’t pull off the outer layer dried leaves to prevent damage.
Note: although they are dormant, they are still alive, so it is not possible to cut off the water completelyï¼ˆ this is my personal experience)
You can grow them just like the other succulents during grow season ( October- April)
Warning: don’t water them from the top of the plants, The leaves of these beautiful babies are always wrapped tightly, like a glass that can hold wine. This will cause them to rot

This is a normal life cycle of the plants, not a misrepresentation from us.
* During shipping, colors may diminish, some leaves may wither and shrivel, some leaves may droop or open wider, some leaves may even fall off, due to the plants stuck in a dark box for several days without soil and the rough handling of USPS, but the color will come back soon after planting and with lots of sunshine and new leaves will grow from the center while older leaves will be consumed and disappear.
* For plants with many small heads, some of the links between the small heads and main body are very thin, so sometimes they may fall off during shipping. You can plant them individually and they will grow into a new plant.
* Shipping for multiple items or multiple orders may be combined to the best efforts to save money and we will refund shipping overage once packaging is complete.
* Shipping is USPS First Class, usually arrive three to five days, if you would like more speedy USPS Priority, please add USPS Priority Surcharge or select Priority Shipping.
* HEAT PACK: Please include Heat Pack in your orders during cold season if low temperature in your area approaches freezing level. Heat Pack prices vary with different shipping methods (shipping surcharge is included). We will NOT be liable for plant damages if heat pack is not ordered together with plants during cold season.
* USPS is known to have delays and package losses, unfortunately we have no control over the package once it is handed over to USPS, so we will not be able to cover the losses caused by USPS. If you try to recover your losses from USPS, we will help whenever we can to the best of our efforts.
* We guarantee our plants to be in good shape upon shipping and that you will receive healthy plants from us. If any plant is dead or rotten upon arrival, please contact us right away with pictures, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement for dead or rotten plants (excluding shipping charges). This guarantee ends at the end of day of delivery. (Damages and losses due to USPS delays and mishandlings are not included in this guarantee)
