Refund and Return Policy

PLANTS

Due to the nature of live plants, requests for refund, exchange, return are not allowed. You can request cancellation of orders before plants are pulled out of soil, which is usually within two hours after orders are received.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are digital, sent to email addresses provided in the orders. Because the gift certificates are digital, to avoid gift abusive behavior, requests for refund, cancellation, or exchange are not allowed.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are paid to the shipping company, therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable. If there is any issue with shipping, we will provide all required information for you to seek recompense from the relevant shipping company.
